We offer a variety of fitness classes for every fitness level. All our formats can be adapted for every participant from the beginner to the fitness buff. Our instructors work hard to provide the best group exercise experience available in the Oklahoma City metro area. (Who are we kidding? The best in the WORLD! ;) )

Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive!  The variety of international rhythms as well as pop and hip hop music will keep you moving and having so much fun, you forget you’re working out!

Hip Hop is an aerobic dance class that keeps your heart rate high while you drop everything else low.  It’s a cardio workout with music that’s guaranteed to make you want to shake what your mama gave ya!

Total Body Conditioning incorporates strength, toning, and cardiovascular exercise for a full body workout guaranteed to tighten and tone your body while making you stronger, healthier, and more fit.

Cardio Sculpt burns fat and builds lean muscle by combining cardiovascular moves with strength training moves, allowing you to sculpt and define your body from head to toe. You’ll look better, feel better, and increase strength and endurance.

Yoflo is a relaxed approach to traditional yoga that focuses on strength, flexibility, and stretching.

Cardio Kick Lite is a strength and cardio class that is perfect for the beginner or older active adult, but can be modified to make it as intense as you want it to be! Kickboxing moves will get your heart rate up, and the strength and toning moves using hand weights, body weight or resistance bands will tone and tighten your whole body.
